Letter of Hugh Cuffe to Sir R. Cecil enclosing a letter to the Lords of the Council in which he complains that the troubles in Munster were due to the default of the undertakers and scarcity of English tenants on their estates. Names of undertakers for Cos. Cork, Waterford, Limerick and Desmond and Kerry given. Feb. 1601.
