A collection of some 65 miscellaneous English and Irish legal documents and nine letters pertaining to litigation between Denny Muschamp and the Earl of Ardglass concerning property in the Downpatrick area of Co. Down. Included are bills of complaint, interrogatories, replies, petitions to the Privy Council, affidavits of tenants, lists of counsel and some accounts c. 1681-1686.
