Petition of Hester Vanhomrigh, widow of Bartholomew Vanhomrigh and Hester Vanhomrigh, their daughter and Mary Vanhomrigh, infants, for a bill. Hester is of age but cannot receive her portion because her brother Bartholomew is under age. March 7, 1712.
