Petition of Martha Pigott, relict of Serjeant-Major John Pigott, deceased who was governor of Athy at the beginning of the rebellion and who after the cessation retired to his castle of Disart in Queen's Co., where he was murdered by the rebels in Oct., 1646. July 24, 1647.
