• Articles conceded unto the Confederate Roman Catholics of Ireland by the Earl of Glamorgan, by virtue of a warrant from the King dated March 12, (1644) 1645. With the Articles of Agreement made and concluded, Aug. 25, 1645.
• Copy of the Marquis of Ormonde's speech to the Assembly of Confederate Catholics at Kilkenny upon their return to their allegiance, (Jan., 1649).
• Declaration of the general assembly of the Confederate Catholics against any peace inconsistent with the acts and orders of former assemblies, Sept. 14, 1648.
• Copy of a Proclamation by the Supreme Council of the Confederate Catholics against receiving any other peace than such as shall be directed by the general assembly, July 7, 1648.
• Oath, in Italian, of the Kilkenny Confederates, 1642.
