Certificate signed by several of the clergy of Waterford as to the birth, pure blood and Catholic faith of Timothy O'Neale born in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary in August, 1672, son of James O'Neale of the family of O'Neales of Ballyneale near Carrick and Anna Knowles of Orchardston, Co. Carlow. Dated 1724. Signatures of seven clergymen and of fifteen citizens of waterford certifying the signatures of the clergy.
