Certificate by John Keating, Clerk of the Parliament of Dublin that a Parliament met at the Castle of Dublin on March 16, 1640 and by divers adjournments, etc. continued sitting until Oct. 23, 1641, after which he finds no journals, but finds by orders and loose papers that it continued sitting until the year 1646. May 22, 1674.
