Letters patent testifying the convention, pacts, etc. made between Donal Mc Karhy (Mc Carthy), prince of Carbery and his wife Eleanor, daughter of the Earl of Kildare that he shall obtain the accustomed royal liberty for himself and his children and that Eleanor shall have half of the lordship of Carbery, Sept. 28, 1513.
