Instructions from James I. to Lord Longford and others that the chief rents due on manors held by feoffees of the late Earl of Ormonde and in dispute with Richard, Earl of Desmond, shall be paid to the King's representative in Dublin instead of the King's Court in England, Feb. 19, 1625. Similar orders in the case of manors claimed by Lord Limbricke and others and also in the case of manors held by Sir T. Somerset and his wife, Helen, Dowager Countess of Ormonde, Feb. 19, 1625.
