News Letter. Mr Secretary Dawson and three messengers were sent to seize E. Waters printer of a libel against the Lord Lieutenant called "England's Eye, a poem". Waters was out. Mr Dixon, the printer, was seized for a scandalous ballad about Hanover called "Tis time to come over, etc." June 22, 1714.
