Letter of Sir R. Cecil to the Lord Admiral, concerning the masters of ships who are afraid to go to sea with victuals to Ireland for fear of capture. He has instructed Sir A. Clifford to ply up to the westward and has ordered mayors of ports to make the ships go to sea. Oct. 8, 1600.
