Draft of a letter of Shrewsbury to Lord Capel saying he was compelled by what the Lord Chancellor wrote to give the latter's opinion to the king that a bill should be prepared to confirm the Articles of Limerick but he hopes to persuade the king not to spoil a promising session of Parliament in Ireland by introducing this measure.
