Indenture of defeazance, where-as J. Percivale by statute staple acknowledged before R. Hatfield mayor of the staple and R. Phillips and H. Bollard, constables of the same, stands bound to T. Eaton in the sum of £500, yet if Percivale shall pay £250 on July 20, 1660 at Strongbow's Tomb in Christ Church, the statute staple shall be void. July 19, 1658.
