Two letters from Lord Buckinghamshire to E. S. Pery, asking him to come to London but to pretend it is a private visit, expressing the hope that the Black Prince privateer will not intercept him on his way from Donaghadee and saying that the Lord Mayor has promised to keep the Patriots in order.
