Copy of a letter of Charles II to the Duke of Ormonde, Lord Lieutenant, saying that on further information his letter of July 26 concerning a bill for the estate of Lord Loftus is not to be followed and that the infant (Dacres Barrett) be at liberty to proceed on the decree made by Charles I. in 1639.
