Letter of General Ginckle to Mr. Roe, Comptroller of the Isle of Man, saying he is informed by D. Hayes, merchant of Dublin that the ship St. Stephen bound for Dublin with Spanish wines has been seized when she took refuge in the Isle of Man and demanding her release. Dublin April 29, 1691.
