• Correspondence and papers relating to the estate of the Brodrick family, Viscounts Midleton, in Counties Cork and Waterford. Earliest correspondence, 1686-1728 relates to the Co. Cork estates of Alan Brodrick, 1st Viscount Midleton, speaker of the Irish House of Commons, and Lord Chancellor of Ireland, particularly to lands in Glenane Beg, Ballyfin and Grage, Co. Cork, 1703-25. (Photocopies).
• Two letterbooks of Lord Midleton to his agents, concerning his estates in Cork, Waterford and Tipperary 1782-1784, 1796-1801.
• Correspondence between Albinia, Viscountess Midleton, widow of 3rd Viscount, and the agent, Dean George Chinnery about the financial state of the family, and information about the Parker estate, Co. Cork; also 'A state of the diocese of Cloyne with respect to the several parishes thereof', compiled, 1769.
